So, you are a sport enthusiast who is looking for a good holiday package, but you are not sure if these two things can be combined? Don’t worry, there are numerous ways in which you can have a great time abroad and take care of your body too. The truth is that some sport enthusiasts are using their holiday to watch some matches in their favorite sport but some of them want to participate actively. This type of holidays can be really exciting and interesting and it is up to you to decide what will they look like. You can get involved in simple exploration of nature, to cycling and rock climbing. But, if you are looking for some real workout and an adventure like no other than we suggest joining a Muay Thai camp in Thailand. The tour and travel operators in your city will probably have some offers for vacations in Thailand, but since we are suggesting going to Thailand and joining a Muay Thai camp it is probably a good idea to use the internet. Many Muay Thai camps have their own accommodation and you can easily arrange your stay via internet such as Suwitmuaythai.com or other websites of Muay Thai camps .

Muay Thai or Thai Boxing is a really interesting sport and the best thing about Muay Thai training is that you don’t have to know anything about this sport before you sign up. In fact, you don’t have to be in shape in order to start taking classes. Almost every Muay Thai camp is welcoming beginners. Some of them are even offering loss weight programs for those who want to get rid of their extra pounds.

Imagine having powerful and interesting training classes through the day (they usually last for 1-2 hours and there are two classes a day) and partying or visiting some interesting natural and historical attractions in Thailand. What more can you ask for, right? You can also watch Muay Thai matches and learn more about this beautiful sport.

So, what are you waiting for? Use the internet and book a room in Thailand!

I am so not into fitness but I would love to visit Thailand and at least visit one of these camps. Who knows, maybe I would drop a couple of pounds.

I went to Thailand for my honeymoon and it was so amazing! We didn’t end up taking a Muay Thai class because we were there in April and temps were so hot. Looked like fun though!

i like barre exercise classes the best. I haven’t really liked any of the martial arts style exercise classes I have taken . I think I am paranoid about hurting my hands.

Yeah I’m more of a zumba cardio type gal myself, but I can see some Muay Thai activities being great for muscle development.

Muay Thai camp actually looks like a blast, though I have no idea if I would be able to hack it without feeling like I was dying in the middle of it. I am way too out of shape.

I know a couple kids who are hardcore into this. Not sure its for my kids, but it does take some dedication and strength.

Wow I have never heard of muay thai before. What a great form of exercise this would be. I think its a bit too high impact and almost too “aggressive for me”. I am a dancer so I like exercises that are pretty much slow and follow the beat.

I’m with you there. That’s why I like Zumba and cardio stuff, but some of the kick boxing stuff could be used for some strength development. I know I totally lack in that area.
