    Those sound lovely. I wish small town Middle Georgia would jump on the health wagon. The nearest natural smoothie place from me is 45 minutes away. I would love to visit some of those places!

    I am a huge fan of boot camps.. I go to a boxing/boot camp gym.. its allot better for me then a reg gym.

      It sounds like it can be more fun too! That’s why I want do Zumba…I just need to get the time in the evening to join the class at my local gym. That’s the only time they offer the class.

    I lived in Orange County for over 20 years and haven’t heard of most of these places. :) Always interesting to learn about a new spot!

      I agree! I have several in my area, but definitely can be hard to find in a regular supermarket.
