If you know anything about me, I am big on the comfort foods, but I also like to add a creative twist to some meals and I’m not afraid to use some left over veggie and pop it in a pasta dish just to make sure it gets eaten , or take some ordinary things and make something extraordinary like my Cupcake Cookie Brownies. With Pizza Mac N Cheese, a new family favorite, it combines the best of mine and my kid’s favorite comfort foods, mac n cheese, spaghetti, with a flair of that pizza flavor we all love, and its so easy to make not to mention affordable. You can buy all the ingredients for the dish and feed your whole family for a whopping 7 bucks!
- 1 package of shell pasta
- 6 to 8 oz bag of mozzerella cheese
- Pizza Sauce
- Mini pepperoni
- Boil your pasta as normal according to the package on the box.
- Drain the shells, add the pizza sauce, pepporoni and mozzerella cheese.
- Cook on low until the cheese melts.
- Serve to starving hungry children
- Expect no left overs.
- Add olives or diced peppers to give it more of a pizza topping flare.
